Stephan Szilvasi joined Arcus Capital Partners as Director of Research in 2026, where he is responsible for investment research and quantitative analysis.

Prior to joining Arcus, Stephan served as a financial advisor at Fidelity Investments, where he advised clients on investment strategy and financial planning. He served six years as a submariner in the United States Navy, a tenure that instilled a rigorous, disciplined approach to complex problem-solving. Stephan holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from the University of Washington and a Masters degree in Quantitative Finance from Northeastern University.

Stephan is a lifelong chess player and student of the game; he enjoys nearly any game involving strategy and chance. He also loves spending time in the kitchen or behind the grill cooking for friends and is an avid car enthusiast with a passion for all things automotive.
