Honoring the Life & Legacy of Ross Singletary

Arcus honors the life and legacy of Ross Singletary, who passed away on April 30. Ross was a cornerstone of our organization and a trusted advisor and friend to his clients. His career in finance and wealth management spanned four decades and his impact on our firm, our clients and his home communities of Atlanta and Jacksonville was incalculable.

In addition to his integrity, intelligence and investment acumen, Ross possessed a remarkable, natural gift for connecting with people. Arcus team members and clients will always remember his good humor, generosity and unwavering loyalty. In making everyone feel valued and appreciated, Ross brought out the best in people.

Before co-founding Arcus, Ross was a Director in Credit Suisse’s Private Banking unit and was previously with Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management group in Atlanta and New York City. He was a proud graduate of Washington and Lee University, from which he received a BA in Economics, and Columbia University, where he received his MBA, was co-valedictorian and was elected by his class to speak at commencement.

Ross’s fidelity to the wealth management profession was surpassed by his devotion to family and friends. He was a loving and devoted husband and father of four children and a friend to literally hundreds. He also gave of his time freely to serve on corporate, educational and cultural boards. Ross Singletary lives on in our hearts forever.
